After I have read information on estate investing real subject .I am surprise
that how much can one earn from real estate. Just in one deal one could have
earn 20K-30KUSD.That is like one year salary to me if I work. So in theory I
only needed to close one good deal a year. The rest of the year is marketing and

Will I become a real estate agent after I have read the real subject? My answer
is no. I am quite a shy person. I more on the internet type of person. I do have
problem talking with many other. I know that all these can be train. We are born
with nothing. What we are currently is the road that we have taken .Thus we are
what we want to be now. Sometime I hope I can communicate with people better.
Well that will take time to do it.
Before I leave the army I am looking at what is the best place to get passive
income. My friend intro me to HYIP I was addicted to it. In the end I loss more
than 20KUSD.Back then I already know this company call GalleonFX. However to
join them back in 2003 is 25K USD. This is more than what I have. Thus I play
HYIP instead. From 2003-2008 what I see from GalleonFX is they have positive
return yearly. In one of their month they have a 75% return from investment
which is the max I ever seen. To me if there is profit is good enough already.
GalleonFX offer a 2%-5% commission for the referrer. If you got a client with an
account of 1 million USD. During a month, they have a 20% profit in trading you
will get 5% of the 20%.That will be 10000USD.
1000000 USD * 0.2=200000 USD
200000 USD * 0.05=10000 USD
That will be like half a year salary to me. That is only one client .Plus the
client account will growth thus the check will be bigger.
However that is only if you get 1 client that has 1 million USD to invest and
GalleonFX manage to make profit for the client.
To me I believe GalleonFX is a long term investment as I believe that they can
continue to get positive result yearly. However forex is not for the weak heart
.There may be huge return however there are times when there are losses also. So
only invest in what you can afford to loss. If you are a active, sunshine person
who like to talk with people and good in math and quick minded. I believe that
estate investing is a better job for you.
